It all began in 2021...

We are a waterfront restaurant on Badin Lake in New London, N.C. We are located in the gated community of Badin Shores Resort. We serve American Cuisine and offer lakeside dining, a sports bar, outdoor seating, music venue and a small convenience store. We are known for having awesome Live Music, Karaoke, and Music Bingo on the weekends. We are open to the public and you can visit our restaurant by car or boat. Please know the park doesn't let the public in during some Holiday weekends. You can come by boat or be a guest of a resident during these Holiday Weekends. While planning your visit to Cheers Lakeside, please be aware of the following:

~ Please do not enter Cheers Lakeside in wet swimsuits, intoxicated and/or without shoes and shirts and no animals allowed unless it is a service dog with papers.
~ Everyone is welcomed at Cheers but no club or gang affiliation attire allowed.
~ No outside drinks and/or food are allowed on Cheers property unless permitted by the management of Cheers.
~ We are not a fast food restaurant. During peak season, wait times may be longer than expected.
~ You will not be served any alcoholic beverage without a valid ID.
